Knit 1: Sampler Stitch Cowl

Welcome to knitting! You’ll learn to knit, purl, cast on, and bind off with straight needles. After working with practice yarn, you’ll start your cowl, practicing various combinations of knit and purl stitches. Knitting with straight needles – or knitting flat – enables you to knit scarves, wraps, blankets, and even sweater pieces.

Date/Time: Thursdays from 10:30am-12:00pm;
3 sessions: 10/30, 11/6, 11/13

Materials: All materials are included in the cost of this class and will be provided at the first class meeting.
